ODISHA YELLOW HONEY

Complex, gently sweet and layered with ripe fruit and warm spice.

From Rayagada, Odisha, this Grade AA single origin coffee is grown at 2,700–3,100 ft, alongside mango, jackfruit, black pepper, jamun and guava. After harvesting, some of the naturally sweet, fruit-rich pulp is left on the coffee bean as it dries in the sun. 

The medium roast keeps the cup warm, balanced and comforting, allowing the spice, aromatic sweetness and malt-like body to come through with clarity.

In the cup, the ripe plum flavour is reminiscent of a juicy ripened stone fruit. Black tea adds a gentle dryness with a mouth-coating sensation, while spice rounds it out with a warm, lingering finish. Beneath it all, a soft honey-like sweetness keeps the cup balanced and inviting.
