01 — The room
Built with Chef Kunal Kapur
We wanted to build the cafe we felt was missing. Chef Kunal Kapur and the Pincode team lead the food. Caarabi shapes every part of the coffee experience, from everyday brews to rare and limited releases.
The menu pairs a quintessential Indian breakfast with coffee designed around the character of the bean. We do not add flavours. We highlight the notes already there, so each cup reads clean, curious and understated.
02 — The cup
Coffee exploration, kept approachable
You will find exceptional coffees from India and beyond, including our Ultra Rare Series and varieties like Geisha from Panama. A level of coffee exploration rarely found in Goa, kept easy for enthusiasts and everyday drinkers alike.
The drinks list reaches past coffee too, with barrel-aged zero ABV serves drawn from classic cocktails. Set across indoor seating and a garden, Indiroom suits slow mornings, long conversations and the easy pace of Goa.
