Caarabi didn't start as a brand. It started as an obsession. Brew after brew, we chased one perfect sip.
Somewhere along the way it clicked: why just serve coffee when we can shape it from the start? So we got closer to the farms, the roast, the details most people never see.
Coffee isn't part of our day. It is the day.

the curious oneThe curious coffee drinker behind Caarabi. For Shubham coffee is a daily ritual, not a beverage. Equal parts marketer, explorer and student, he plans most trips around a café, a roastery or a farm. He asks too many questions and finds ideas where most people walk straight past.

AJ
the coffee guyThe builder, experimenter and resident coffee nerd. AJ brings his Australian coffee training to an obsession with making things better one cup at a time. He refines the recipe, tests the process and chases the perfect cup. Bump into him and you'll find the best host in the room, ready with a coffee and a story or two.
