Refund policy
We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy. We have immense pride in our coffee and would like each of our customers to be happy with their purchase.
Coffee
Due to coffee’s perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not content with your coffee, use the contact form on the Contact Us page. Please be sure to contact us within 15 days of your order date for any problems with your coffee.
Brew Gear
All returned brewing gear should be unused and with all packaging contents. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned item(s). For issues with brew gear occurring after 30 days of purchase, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.
Cancellations
Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, Kindly email your order particulars to hi@caarabicoffee.com and state the request for cancellation.
