The Classic Press Recipe

0:00: Add 250g of water and stir gently.

0:30: Place the lid on and let it steep.

4:00: Press slowly and serve immediately.

Target Time: 4m 00s – 4m 30s.

Heavy body, dark cacao, warming finish.

The 3-Pour Recipe

0:00 (Bloom): Pour 50g of water. Wait 45 seconds.

0:45: Pour up to 160g.

1:30: Final pour up to 250g.

Target Time: 2m 45s – 3m 00s.

Cleaner cup with oak, pecan and winey sweetness coming through.
