What You'll Need:

  • Pour-Over Brewer
  • Filter Paper
  • Fresh Coffee Beans
  • Kettle
  • Scale
  • Timer
  • Hot Water (195-205°F / 90-96°C)
Step 1: Prepare Your Equipment
  1. Boil Water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Place the Filter in your brewer.
  3. Rinse the Filter with hot water to remove any paper taste. Discard the rinse water.
Step 2: Measure and Grind Coffee
  1. Measure about 19 grams of coffee.
  2. Grind to a medium consistency (like granulated sugar).
Step 3: Bloom the Coffee
  1. Add Coffee to the filter.
  2. Pour a Little Water over the grounds, just enough to wet them.
  3. Wait 30 Seconds to let the coffee bloom (you’ll see bubbles).
Step 4: Pour and Brew
  1. Pour in Circles: Slowly add water in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward.
  2. Keep Pouring until you reach your desired coffee amount.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Coffee
  1. Let it Drain completely.
  2. Serve and Enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
