WHAT DREW US TO THIS COFFEE WAS ITS CLARITY DESPITE ITS INTENSITY — A NATURAL PROCESS THAT FEELS STRUCTURED, NOT HEAVY. DRIED WITH THE FRUIT INTACT, THE COFFEE DEVELOPS DEEP, JAM-LIKE SWEETNESS WHILE STILL HOLDING A CLEAN, ARTICULATE PROFILE.
