At Caarabi Coffee Roasters, we’re always looking for coffees that challenge the ordinary—and this rare Koji-fermented nanolot does exactly that. The fermentation introduces a rich malty sweetness and deep fruit complexity that you don’t often find in washed coffees.
To highlight these nuances, we kept the roast light and delicate, ensuring the juicy blackcurrant notes shine while allowing the green grape-like acidity to stay crisp and vibrant. We balanced this brightness with just enough development to round out the body, letting a smooth, sweet glaze finish linger on the palate.
It’s a cup that feels both bold in character and balanced in structure—crafted for those who love exploring rare processes and unique flavor journeys.
