We're thrilled about this batch. Hailing from the Dash Plantation in the Koraput region of Odisha, this coffee boasts some intriguing qualities. For the roast, we've opted for a medium-light level, with a delicate finish and increased airflow, which has brought out flavours like roasted hazelnuts, subtle notes of rose and cinnamon/spice, and a delightful hint of blueberry preserve on the finish. Absolutely delicious!
