This rare co-fermented natural lot from Melkodige Estate stood out for its delicate floral aromatics and vibrant fruit character. On the cupping table, the fragrance of lavender was unmistakable, layered with a lively citrus sweetness and soft berry depth.
To do justice to this coffee, we roasted it to a light–medium profile—just enough development to round off the acidity, while keeping the sweet lime brightness and mulberry juiciness intact. The extended caramelization phase brought out a gentle vanilla creaminess in the finish, tying the cup together into a silky, balanced experience.
The result is a coffee that feels both expressive and refined—moving gracefully from floral and citrusy to fruity and sweetly smooth. It’s a cup made for those who enjoy discovering new layers with every sip.

The CIMA process gives this coffee real depth beneath the lavender.
Pairs beautifully with light breakfast or even a pastry. Very versatile.
Feels fancy and floral without being too perfumey. Love the restraint.
Great body for a natural process—lavender adds that wow factor.
