We wanted to craft something that captures the spirit of celebration — indulgent, warm, and full of depth.

At Ratnagiri Estate, naturally processed beans are aged in emptied single malt whiskey barrels for 30 days. Over the next 45 days, the coffee slowly absorbs the oak’s deep, malty character — developing rich layers of caramel, spice, and soft berry sweetness.
